Step outside your regular Sunday routine

Psalm 133:1 reminds us “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” (NIV). That’s the exact heart behind these combined gatherings as we step out of our regular Sunday routines to learn, worship, and grow as one big Ballarat family. Have a browse through the events below to see what’s coming up next. Whether you’ve been part of a local church your whole life or you’re simply curious to see what it’s all about, there’s always a seat saved for you.

National Grandparent Conference

DATE

Saturday 24th October, 2026

TIME

9:00 am

LOCATION

Peel St Church of Christ, Corner Peel & Eastwood Streets, Ballarat

We know that many of our senior members’ children are not walking in a relationship with Jesus, which often means their grandchildren and great-grandchildren are also not walking with Jesus. We are passionate about seeing a movement of Intentional Christian Grandparents in Ballarat who impact their families’ lives by leaving a legacy of faith that outlasts us all. This is what the National Grandparent Conference is about. The day will follow a similar format to the Global Leadership Summit, with video sessions featuring the conference speakers, followed by an opportunity for discussion and questions. The conference will finish at 3:30 pm. Cost: $40 per person includes lunch and Conference Booklet. $60 per couple includes lunch and one Conference Booklet. For Registrations or more information, contact the Peel St Church of Christ. Email: office@peelst.org.au Phone: 5333 4396 Registrations close on Monday 19th of October
